ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

We ship daily via United States Postal Service (USPS), excluding Sundays and Federal Holidays.  When your order is packaged for shipment, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number.  We cannot be responsible for postal delays as we ensure that the package is provided to the postal service as quickly as possible.  We accept all major credit cards through our website, as well as our gift card.

SHIPPING

We ask that you allow sufficient time when ordering to account for an item to be lost or delayed by the United States Postal Service.  We ship USPS Priority Mail on a daily basis, excluding Sundays and federal holidays. We cannot honor overnight shipment requests as packages are directly picked up from our location daily from the U.S. Postal Service, 

 

We receive various requests to ship to different countries.  We are happy to try to work with these requests on an individual basis, but we cannot provide free shipping on orders to other countries as we would lose money on these transactions.  We have priced shipping to Canada and Europe for customers and the cost of UPS Ground is typically in excess of one hundred dollars.  If an international customer would like to order our dresses and provides the international shipping cost in advance, we will make every effort to ship to your country.  Please contact us at jenniferandjune@hotmail.com if you would like to attempt to arrange for international shipping.   

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We accept returns of unworn, undamaged items that are in the original packaging with the garment tag still attached within 45 days of delivery, as confirmed by USPS.  Due to the small nature of our business, we cannot provide free return shipping and we cannot guarantee that an exchange will be in stock.  Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and packaging. If you would like to make an exchange, please reach out to us to confirm we have a particular item and we will hold it for seven (7) business days to allow time for return and exchange.  In the event of an exchange, we will pay the one-time cost of shipping the exchanged item upon receipt of the return.

GIFTING

We offer gift cards to our store in any amount between $10.00 and $600.00, which can be purchased on the link on our menu.  In our checkout, it is also possible to gift our dresses through providing the shipping address to the gift recipient.  We package all dresses in tissue wrap with a tied bow to ensure they are delivered in gifting condition.

SIZING

Our sizing runs large compared to other many other U.S. children's brands.  We do not use less fabric to try to increase our profit margins as we are a boutique that is focused on quality.  As such, please size down if placing an order for an average-sized child.  For instance, if you are purchasing for a four-year-old girl of average height and weight, the best size will generally be a 3T/4T.  The length of the dress is likely to be too long if you size up.  Our dresses are all different designs and have different fits based on the style.  We do not have a size chart for this reason.  However, we take into account the fit of a particular design when choosing the size range so that you can order the best possible fit.

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES

We are open to wholesale inquiries, particularly by brick-and-mortar stores.  We consider online businesses on a case-by-case basis.  We also welcome international wholesale inquiries if purchaser pays shipping.  If you are interested in carrying our dresses in your store, please reach out to us in the "Contact Us' section and describe the nature of your business, your location (if a physical store) and your website.  We will respond to your wholesale inquiry within 2-3 business days.  We are delighted when a retail outlet wants to carry our dresses in their store, so please do not hesitate to ask us.
